Here are some tips to start you off!!!!
1. Ensure your child follows a sleep schedule! E.g. sleep at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends!!!
2. Make sure your child does not use electronic devices before sleep. E.g. mobile phones, tablets, computer
